Job Description

As the System Engineering Team Lead for the electric vehicle charger department, your role will involve overseeing system design, project management, and product approval processes. You should have a deep understanding of system engineering principles, expertise in project tracking, and a robust background in design reviews and product certifications. With 10-12 years of experience, you should be familiar with NABL labs, global certification bodies like ARAI, ICAT, UL, TUV, and documentation standards such as Automotive Industry Standards (AIS). **Key Responsibilities:** - Solid foundation in electrical and electronics principles with a thorough understanding of electric vehicle chargers. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues. - Effective communication with clients to assess their needs and explain technical concepts. - Differentiating between existing and emerging technologies based on customer requirements. - Keeping track of industry charging standards and protocols, creating or modifying charging modes, and benchmarking competitors" products. - Managing multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. - Overseeing the product approval process in compliance with NABL labs and global certification bodies. - Leading, mentoring, and supporting the engineering team to foster a collaborative work environment. - Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field. - 10-12 years of experience in system design and engineering, with a focus on electric vehicle chargers. - Proven experience in project tracking, design review processes, and managing product approvals. - Extensive knowledge of NABL labs, ARAI, ICAT, UL, TUV certification processes, and IASA documentation standards. - Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing engineering teams and projects. - Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication, and interpersonal skills. This position requires expertise in product approval, project management, stakeholder communication, compliance, team leadership, and system engineering, among other skills related to electric vehicle chargers.,
