Team Lead - Service Management, Data

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Maintenance Manager to oversee the operational support and enhancement of our enterprise data platforms. In this role, you will lead a team of 30+ IT professionals responsible for maintaining the health, reliability, and scalability of our SAP BW environment and Azure-based data lake, ensuring seamless support for Tableau and Power BI reporting tools. Your responsibilities will include leading and developing the IT team, setting strategic directions for maintenance operations, managing platform operations and maintenance, coordinating data ecosystem support, enforcing governance, security & compliance standards, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment between IT and business units. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 8 to 10 years of experience in IT operations or data platform maintenance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Strong technical knowledge of SAP BW, Azure Data Lake, Tableau, Power BI, and IT service management frameworks. - Experience managing large teams and familiarity with operational governance frameworks. Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications in Azure, SAP, or ITIL. - Experience in Agile or DevOps environments. - Excellent communication and project management skills.
