Job Description

Position Purpose

Lead, supervise and motivate a team of relationship managers to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales target

Role & responsibilities

  • Managing team of 10 Preferred RM
  • Revenue Generation as per assigned Team Targets
  • Acquire and upgrade knowledge on filling up KYC/new products/processes
  • Managing and updating Lead management system regularly
  • Conduct sales promotion activities regularly
  • New accounts acquisition team target
  • Seek references from customers/prospects

Technical & Behavioural Competencies

  • Experience in NBFC/ BFSI

Specific Qualifications (if required)

  • Strong leadership an people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Target driven mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions.
