Job Description

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to sell products or services for the company and serve as the face of the brand. You will be tasked with managing customer relationships, acting as the main point of contact from the initial lead outreach stage to the point of finalizing a purchase. Your role will involve engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Possess a Smart Phone, Bike & Helmet for commuting. - Demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for personal and professional growth. - Exhibit good knowledge of the market and industry trends. - Previous experience in a Channel Sales Role, managing a team of at least 5 sales members. - Understanding of distribution strategies, expansion techniques, and key sales metrics. - Proven track record of incentivizing and motivating sales teams to achieve lucrative results. Qualifications Required: - More than 3 years of experience in Channel & Distribution sales. - Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively. - Proficiency in Excel and other data tools essential for sales analysis and reporting. - Minimum requirement of a Graduate degree, with preference given to Post Graduates.
