Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ernakulam for a Team Lead - Sales (IT & Fashion Design) at SLBS Marklance. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include analyzing sales data, mentoring team members, conducting sales meetings, and liaising with clients to understand their needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Team Management experience
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proven Sales skills and ability to meet targets
• Proficient in IT and Fashion Design domain
• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to work on-site in Ernakulam
• Experience in educational sales is a Mandatory
