Team Lead - RTR

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in finance management, with expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and taxation.

• Manage day-to-day financial activities, including controlling resources and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Analyze financial data to forecast cash flow positions and provide recommendations for investments.
• Advise management on financial matters and the impact of laws and regulations.
• Develop budgets and manage financial responsibilities.
• Present findings and recommendations to top executives and prepare financial reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax returns, declarations, and other required reports.

• Comprehensive knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
• Experience in financial analysis, reporting, and taxation.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
