Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Development:

o Lead, manage, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives.

o Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, monitor progress, and ensure consistent performance.

o Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to enhance individual and team sales skills.

o Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on results and continuous improvement.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution:

o Develop and execute inside sales strategies to drive revenue and customer acquisition for Infinity Learns educational offerings.

o Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert opportunities into sales via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

o Ensure that the sales team is equipped with the tools, resources, and training necessary to meet targets.
