Team Lead (Radar Warning Receiver - RWR)

About the Role:

Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead and motivate the RWR development team, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

2. System Architecture Definition:

• Design and define the overall system architecture for RWR, considering performance, reliability, and integration requirements.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Collaborate effectively with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

4. Requirement Analysis:

• Understand and translate customer needs and technical specifications into detailed design and development plans.

5. Validation & Testing:

• Oversee validation activities to verify RWR functionality, performance, and compliance with standards.

6. Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare technical reports, design documents, and progress updates for stakeholders.

7. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify and implement improvements in design, processes, and team skills.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system design, development, or integration of Radar Warning Receiver systems or similar defense electronics systems.
• Proven experience in system architecture definition and validation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-disciplinary teams effectively.
• Good understanding of hardware-software integration, signal processing, and embedded systems.
• Knowledge of defense standards and compliance requirements is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in defense or aerospace projects.
• Familiarity with military-grade electronic systems and testing standards.
• Project management skills and exposure to Agile or similar methodologies.
