Role & responsibilities

ARM Role (Product Development Manager)

Location: Manesar , Gurugram , Haryana

Main Purpose of Job

1. Drive and leverage the creative and technical knowledge from the technical & design teams to bring concepts to life through holistic prototyping along the flow.

2. Assessing the challenges of each proposed solution against the I2L Innovation framework to ensure efficient, effective and flawless execution of I2L projects.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:

1. Define and co-facilitate with project core team and relevant extended team members, the best approach for ideation & prototyping relevant to the scope and Innovation framework success criteria

2. Ensure adequate hand-on skills (incl. external agencies or partners) and appropriate set-up at location is available for rapid prototyping

3. Ensure consumer feedback is integrated into original ideas to iterate

4. Drive design thinking and holistic prototyping mindset and capabilities

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & NETWORKING:

1. Identify and engage with stakeholders creating synergies through effective networking with all relevant R&D Units, business partners and external partners Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization; ensure all relevant stakeholders are continuously informed of project status, risks, issues and action plans Ensure effective, on-time decision making by providing deciders with the relevant information and recommendations

BUSINESS ACUMEN

1. Contribute to concepts generation and define project overall Key Success Criteria related to Desirability, Feasibility & Viability

2. Support Mastership and Quality by Design through an effective use of the Innovation framework

3. Ensures effective handling of knowledge gained during the front end as input to Business Opportunity.
