Team Lead, Pncpl SW Engineer

Position Responsibilities :

• Design & Develop integration and automation solutions based on technical specifications.
• Support in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT
• Being aware of CI-CD, engineering best practices, and SDLC process
• Should have an excellent understanding of all existing integration and automation.
• Understand the product integration requirement and solution it right, which is scalable, performant & resilient.
• Develop using TDD methodology, apply appropriate design methodologies & coding standards
• Able to conduct code reviews, quick in debugging
• Able to de-construct a complex issue & resolve it
• Support in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing, and UAT
• Be a Subject Matter Expert with the ability to discover and demonstrate how integration solutions can effectively help companies with their business automation needs
• Ability to communicate technically complex ideas to a non-technical audience
• Able to coach and mentor the team technically & in building the right solutions
• Able to work with the stakeholders/customers, able to synthesize the business requirements, and suggest the best integration approaches Process analyst
• Able to suggest, own & adapt to new technical frameworks/solutions & implement continuous process improvements for better delivery

Qualifications :

• Ambitious, Tech support expert with a Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 7-9 years of experience in developing integration/automation solutions or related experience
• 3-4 years of experience in a technical architect or lead role
• Experience working on any iPass platform.
• Knowledge of any programming languages. Python preferred
• Good understanding of integration concepts, methodologies, and technologies
• Ability to learn new concepts, and technologies and solve problems
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey and relate ideas to others and work collaboratively to get things done.
