Team Lead - Plant Maintenance

Role Overview: As the Team Lead - Plant Maintenance at CSM Agchem in Jambusar, you will be overall responsible for planning, executing, and performing mechanical maintenance activities to ensure minimum breakdowns and uninterrupted economic utilities operations while meeting all statutory and organizational requirements within budgeted costs and time. You will assist the Sr. Manager in preparing budgets for respective areas and ensuring that the operations meet business and organizational requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Assist Sr. Manager in providing techno-commercial inputs related to plant and machineries - Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of different plant equipment - Assist Sr. Manager in optimizing manpower utilization for plant maintenance - Manage systems related to plant maintenance, including monitoring documentation for various ISO systems - Ensure daily data entry in SAP's Plant Maintenance Module and analyze preventive and breakdown maintenance data in a timely manner - Ensure compliance with legal requirements for fired/pressure vessels and other installations, as well as customer requirements and guidelines - Develop and maintain relationships with engineering vendors, update equipment specifications in SAP, and perform NPA formalities for plant equipment - Implement MWO/CAPEX projects within the designated time frame and initiate energy-saving programs - Analyze maintenance data and implement action plans based on cause analysis to improve equipment performance - Ensure safe practices in the maintenance function and promote a safe working environment Qualification Required: - B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering - 8 to 10 years of work experience in chemical processed-based industries like Agrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Fine/specialty chemicals, or other chemical continuous process industries - Proficiency in carrying out corrective actions for frequent breakdowns in plant equipment, maintaining chemical process equipment, and handling various equipment such as MSGL equipment, RVD, ANF, pumps with mechanical seals, SS reactors, ejector system, blower, and gearboxes Additional Details: No additional details provided in the job description.,
