Team Lead, Performance Marketing

You will be responsible for leading a team of performance marketers at HACA, located in Calicut, Kerala. Your role will involve guiding the team towards achieving company objectives through paid advertising to contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include team management, achieving company targets, and developing strategies to drive performance marketing efforts. In terms of team management, you will need to understand the team's requirements and proactively resolve any challenges they may face. Conducting regular team meetings to align on priorities and progress, as well as organizing career development and upskilling sessions, will be essential for maintaining a motivated and high-performing team. To ensure the achievement of company targets, you will be required to conduct regular campaign reviews, provide feedback and updates, and oversee team outputs. Collaboration with other departments to minimize delays and organizing skill-building sessions to address performance gaps will be crucial aspects of your role. In developing strategies, you will need to create and implement data-driven approaches to meet performance targets. Researching market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities. Your contributions will involve launching new initiatives to streamline team processes and improve collaboration. Implementing tools and frameworks that enhance campaign performance and reporting will be key to driving success in your role. Your performance will be measured based on the achievement of team performance targets, team efficiency, output quality, and the progress of team development and skill growth.
