Team Lead - People Operations

Reporting to the Manager - People Operations, your role will involve providing line management and leadership to ensure the team meets targets, SLAs, and KPIs. You will be responsible for maintaining updated processes, managing the team's workload, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will lead or participate in HR or wider AMS projects as needed. Key responsibilities include: - Updating all processes in SOP and relevant documentation - Managing the team's workload to achieve required SLAs - Ensuring team compliance with SLAs, metrics, and timelines - Conducting regular performance and development conversations with the team - Identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement - Leading compliance efforts across the team through adherence to ISO processes To excel in this role, you must demonstrate operational excellence in handling escalated HR queries, possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, and be able to make timely decisions. Effective communication, leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft packages are essential skills required for this role.
