Team Lead-P&C Underwriting

You will be responsible for leading a team in P&C Underwriting for our esteemed client in Bangalore. Your primary role will involve underwriting for the scope defined in the RFP. You will correspond with Agents Brokers via email to collect and analyze insurance information to facilitate the risk assessment process and provide underwriting support. Key Responsibilities: - Gather data from various sources such as emails, workflows, third party sources, MVR, ISO loss run reports, etc., for new and renewal business to support the underwriting decision process. - Compile data and analytics for reports that can guide insurance policy guidelines and determine coverage provision. - Verify the accuracy and completeness of new business insured details, risk factors, supplemental information, facilitating timely acquisition, and proper filing of underwriting information. Qualifications Required: - 1 to 3 years of experience in P&C Underwriting for Analyst role. - 3 to 6 years of experience in P&C Underwriting US Insurance for Sr. Analyst role. - Graduate with 6 to 8 years of experience in managing quality audits for PC insurance operations for Quality Analyst role. - Graduate with excellent communication and 8 to 10 years of back and middle office experience, and minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in leading business operations for an insurance carrier in the US for Team Lead role. Additionally, you should possess mandatory skills in Resource Management, Stakeholder Management, Benefits Management, Quality Management, Project Planning, Scope & Change Management, Schedule Management, Project Financial Management, Risk/Crisis Management, and Project Governance.,
