Job Description

  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for procurement processes and assist clients with process-related queries.
Monitor and track daily team activities, ensuring accuracy in trackers and reports.Drive process improvements by identifying and implementing operational efficiencies.Support onboarding, training, and go-live of new resources; proactively update clients on resource movements.Lead and motivate the team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Kinaxis, Pulse).Proficiency in MS Office 365 / MS 360
