About the Role

Team Lead - Operations

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of associates for International Voice/Blended process.
Monitor daily operations, track performance metrics, and ensure SLA adherence.
Conduct regular team huddles, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
Handle escalations and resolve customer issues effectively.
Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve targets.
Collaborate with QA, Training, and Workforce teams for process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and quality standards.

Requirements

Minimum
2 years of experience as a Team Leader
in an International BPO (Voice/Blended process).
Graduate (mandatory).
Strong people management and team-handling skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
