Hi All,
We are hiring a Team Lead - International (Voice) with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team at Ambit IT Park, Ambattur.
🔹 Role: Team Lead - International (Voice)
🔹 Experience: 5+ Years
🔹 Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur
🔹 Shifts: Flexible to work Night Shifts
🔹 Notice Period: 15 days or Immediate
🔑 Key Requirements:
-Graduation is mandatory
-Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
-Proven experience managing teams of 10-15+ members
-Deep understanding of key performance metrics: Shrinkage, Attrition, AHT, NPS, CSAT
-Experience in presenting MBR, QBR, and WBR to senior management
-Must come from a BPO industry background
