Team Lead Mobile Development

Role Overview: You will be a hands-on technology expert, spending 50% of your time on active development. As a Team Lead, you will have people management responsibility for a team of 4-6 mobile developers, guiding and motivating them. You will participate in sprint planning, act as a Scrum Master, and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive the delivery of sprint objectives. Additionally, you will work on continuous process and efficiency improvement initiatives with the Delivery Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of 4-6 mobile developers, providing guidance and motivation - Participate in sprint planning and drive the delivery of sprint objectives - Act as a Scrum Master on Agile processes - Collaborate with stakeholders on system architecture and interface development - Develop new functionality as required by product marketing and development management - Ensure quality code is checked in to avoid delays to the team - Write unit, regression, load, and stress tests to verify software programs - Work on continuous process and efficiency improvement ideas with the Delivery Manager Qualifications Required: - Total minimum 12+ years of experience - Proficient in .NET Core, .Net technologies (C#, Ado.Net, etc), AJAX, TypeScript/ JavaScript, HTML5, CSS - Experience with Rest WebAPI, Soap Services, SOA - Familiarity with Design Patterns like MVC, MVP, Singleton, Dependency Injection, etc - Knowledge of Mobile Frameworks such as Cordova/PhoneGap, IONIC 2.X+ - Understanding of App Submission process to AppStore and Google Play - Strong debugging and analytical skills - Knowledge of Build processes like Gulp - Experience with ALM tools like TFS/GIT - Familiarity with agile development methodology, preferably Scrum - B. Tech. / B.E. / MCA / M. Tech. in Computer Science - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and be team-oriented (Note: Additional details of the company were not provided in the job description),
