The ideal candidate for this position will be a hands-on technology expert with at least 12+ years of total experience, actively involved in development work for at least 50% of the time. In addition to technical responsibilities, you will also have people management responsibilities for a team of 4-6 mobile developers, serving as a motivator and guide to the team. Your role will involve active participation in sprint planning sessions with development and test managers, architects, and product owners. You will also play a crucial role in Agile processes, either as a Scrum Master or guiding the team towards achieving sprint objectives. Collaborating closely with the Delivery Manager, you will contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and efficiency enhancement ideas. As part of the team, you will work with Software Architects, Product Managers, Developers, Testers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and others on system architecture and interface development. Your responsibilities will include developing new functionalities as required by product marketing and development management, following the designs provided by architects. Additionally, you will participate in implementing solutions to enhance product performance, quality, processes, and standards. To excel in this role, you must possess expertise in .NET Core, .Net technologies (C#, Ado.Net, etc.), AJAX, TypeScript/Javascript, HTML5, CSS, Rest WebAPI, Soap Services, SOA, and various design patterns such as MVC, MVP, Singleton, Dependency Injection, among others. Familiarity with mobile frameworks like Cordova/PhoneGap, IONIC 2.X+, and knowledge of the App Submission process to AppStore and Google Play will be advantageous. Strong debugging and analytical skills, along with experience in build processes like Gulp and ALM tools like TFS/GIT are essential for this position. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of working with agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum. Holding a B. Tech./B.E./MCA/M. Tech. degree in Computer Science is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, and a high level of accuracy are crucial for this role.
