Team Lead - Marketing

As a candidate for the position based in Navi Mumbai within the Others function/business area, you will play a crucial role in the New Energy Stream. Your responsibilities will include taking proactive initiatives to analyze upcoming technologies, market trends, and business scenarios to develop comprehensive project plans. This will involve developing project scopes and objectives, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility. You will be accountable for monitoring project performance to ensure smooth and timely delivery according to the established plan. Additionally, tracking project performance and analyzing the successful completion of short and long-term goals in the New Energy Business will be essential. Your role will also entail utilizing appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost effectively. Conducting project reviews and providing detailed reports to top management for decision-making purposes will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Creating and maintaining extensive project documentation, identifying areas for process improvement, and implementing process optimization aligned with project requirements will also be part of your duties. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, partners, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Graduate/Post-graduate degree from a reputed university/college and possess 9-12 years of overall experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional skills and competencies in communication, interpersonal skills, leadership, detail orientation, functional expertise, and people management.
