Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and showroom management. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the showroom operations, driving sales performance, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

• Support sales activities by providing technical information about products and services to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries and provide additional information as required.
• Assist in the maintenance of a well-organized and visually appealing showroom.

Coordination with Sales Team:

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless service and sales experience for customers.
• Report any recurring issues with products to the showroom in-charge for further assessment.

Sales Target Achievement:

• Work towards achieving monthly sales and service targets.
• Assist the Showroom In-charge in implementing effective strategies to drive product service and sales.

Reporting:

• Provide regular updates on service activities and collaborate with the sales team for effective communication.
• Report to the showroom in-charge regarding the status of service activities and sales support.

Customer Interaction:

• Interact with customers to understand their service needs and address any concerns.
• Ensure a customer-friendly approach to enhance overall satisfaction with service activities.

Showroom Maintenance:

• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create an aesthetically pleasing and customer-friendly environment.

Uniformed and Well-groomed Presentation:

• Adhere to a professional dress code and grooming standards.
• Present a well-groomed and uniformed appearance to uphold the brand's elegance and professionalism.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support in developing social media content in collaboration with the marketing team to boost brand and product promotion.
• Provide insights and recommendations for online engagement strategies aimed at improving brand visibility.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks, taking the initiative to support store activities.
• Exhibit behaviours that please and delight customers, fostering a positive shopping experience.
• Collecting feedback from customers through various means instilled by the management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kottayam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
