Team Lead - IT Infrastructure and Networking

You will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a team of IT professionals to ensure that systems are reliable, efficient, and aligned with our business goals. Your experience in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of IT infrastructure and client management will be crucial for success in this role. Your key responsibilities will include leading and mentoring the IT team, designing and implementing IT infrastructure strategies, ensuring the security and scalability of IT systems, managing hardware, software, and network deployments, overseeing O&M activities to maintain system reliability and uptime, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction, and prioritizing and managing IT projects effectively. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, along with 6 to 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. You should possess strong technical expertise in network design and cloud services, as well as experience in O&M of IT infrastructure. Additionally, proven experience in client management and relationship building, as well as excellent project management and leadership skills, will be essential.
