Job Description

As a Team Lead in Investment Operations at Creddinv Technologies, you will be responsible for leading a team in driving revenue growth and ensuring excellent client experience in the Venture Capital industry. With 5 to 7 years of experience required, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - **Client Relationship Management**: - Building and Maintaining Client Relationships: Manage and expand relationships with clients. - Understanding Client Needs: Gain insights into clients" investment objectives, strategies, and constraints to tailor products and services. - Providing Market Insights: Act as a trusted advisor by offering market insights, investment ideas, and product recommendations. - **Investment Product Sales**: - Selling Investment Products: Lead the sale of financial products, including startup investments and alternative investments. - Pitching Investment Ideas: Present new investment ideas and opportunities to clients backed by research teams. - **Client Communication and Engagement**: - Organizing Client Meetings: Arrange meetings and presentations to discuss portfolio updates and new investment opportunities. - Product Roadshows: Lead or participate in product roadshows to present investment opportunities. - Investment Conferences: Attend industry events to network with clients and promote the firm's products. - **Investment Strategy Consulting**: - Advising on Portfolio Construction: Guide clients on asset allocation and risk management strategies. - Identifying Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities in different asset classes and regions. - **Revenue Generation and Growth**: - Driving Sales Revenue: Set and achieve revenue targets for selling investment products. - Client Retention: Ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention by providing ongoing value. - **Monitoring Market Trends**: - Staying Informed: Keep up with global market trends and new investment products. - Anticipating Client Needs: Proactively offer solutions to meet changing market conditions. - **New Business Development**: - Sourcing New Clients: Identify and target new institutional clients. - Onboarding New Clients: Manage the onboarding process for new clients. As a qualified candidate, you should possess: - 5 to 7 years of experience in Investment Operations within Venture Capital and Private Equity. - Experience in team handling with 4 to 5 members. - Strong knowledge of Micro VCs, Category I AIF, investment products, and financial planning. - Proven ability to lead a sales team, drive revenue, and achieve targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
