Team Lead investment and Performance reporting

As a Team Lead in Investment and performance reporting at Private Client Resources (PCR), you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate reports and data for clients, while collaborating with internal PCR teams. Your responsibilities as a Reporting Lead at PCR will include: - Upholding a high level of client support - Coordinating with various departments - Streamlining processes to meet client specifications - Managing client reporting and workflows - Internal coordination with PCR resources - Overseeing internal reporting and task management - Collaborating closely with client-facing teams - Delivering accurate end investor reports - Managing cross-departmental requests - Ensuring operational efficiency For this role, PCR is seeking a candidate with the following qualifications: - Graduate degree in finance or a related field - 5-8 years of experience in financial services or wealth management - Strong preference for candidates with back-office experience in Portfolio Accounting and/or Performance Reporting applications/software Your strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, client-centric approach, effective communication, team collaboration, back-office investment support experience, and analytical abilities will be vital in delivering exceptional client service and supporting PCR's global operations.
