This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Inside Sales Team Lead. The Inside Sales Team Lead will manage day-to-day operations involving lead generation, inside sales activities, and customer service. The role requires overseeing and guiding the sales team, coordinating with verified buyers and sellers on the platform, and ensuring the fulfillment of sales targets. The Team Lead will also be responsible for conducting live negotiations, improving team performance, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
