Job Description

As an experienced and dynamic Order Management Team Lead at our company, your role will be essential in driving team performance, maintaining excellence, ensuring compliance, and fostering continuous development within the team. You will oversee end-to-end order lifecycle management, handle escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality results. To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of O2C processes, proven leadership experience, and the ability to optimize team performance. Your strong coaching abilities, capacity to handle complex scenarios, and skills to continuously improve both team efficiency and quality will be crucial for success.
