Job Title: Team Leader

Job Summary:

Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team to meet performance targets and deliverables.
Set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.
Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team environment.
Act as the main point of contact between the team and management.
Handle escalations and resolve conflicts within the team professionally.
Ensure timely reporting and performance updates to leadership.
Drive process improvements and contribute to operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
3 to 5 years of experience in a team-leading or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage performance under pressure and tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate:

Immediate joiner or short notice period is preferred
Prior experience in the ITES/BPO industry is an added advantage
Experience handling a team of 50 to 100 members
