We are hiring for Team lead Ops - Hospital Billing Prior - Authorization

Team Lead Hospital Billing Inpatient Prior Authorization

Key Responsibilities

Verify insurance coverage for hospital inpatient and emergency admissions
Estimate patient charges and calculate deposit requirements
Submit clinical documentation to support medical necessity reviews
Track and secure initial and continued stay authorizations
Maintain accurate records of pending, approved, denied, and appealed cases
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to prevent delays in patient care
Supervise and mentor team members to achieve accuracy and productivity goals

Required Skills & Experience

Experience:
Minimum
7+ years
in Hospital Billing Inpatient Prior Authorization
Must have
1+ year on-paper supervisory/team lead experience
Expertise in
payer portals
and
EMR systems
(Meditech, EPIC, etc.)
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work in
night / rotational shifts
