Role Overview

We’re looking for a strong Team Lead – Global Logistics to manage international shipments (Sea & Air), guide the operations team, ensure documentation accuracy, and drive continuous improvements across logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Team & Operations

• Lead and guide the logistics operations team
• Own complete import/export activities
• Ensure 100% documentation accuracy
• Drive SOP creation, execution & improvements

Import & Export

• Manage global Sea/Air shipments
• Validate compliance documentation (COO, LC, Export Docs, ATR, etc.)
• Ensure correct carrier booking & instructions

Shipment & Communication

• Track global shipments end-to-end
• Manage delays, exceptions & escalations
• Coordinate with carriers, 3PLs & global partners

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure adherence to EU / non-EU trade rules
• Manage DG shipments
• Handle Letter of Credit requirements

Reporting

• Monitor logistics KPIs
• Provide performance & operational updates

Required Skills

• 5+ yrs in International Logistics (Sea & Air)
• Experience working in senior or lead roles
• Strong international documentation & compliance knowledge
• DG & LC handling experience
• Strong English communication
• ERP & MS Office proficiency
