As a Trade Compliance Manager at Four PL Consultancy, you will play a crucial role in leading international compliance operations and implementing strategic enhancements for our client portfolio. Your responsibilities will include managing global trade regulations, ensuring import/export compliance, minimizing risks, and identifying cost-saving opportunities through various programs and automation processes. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of compliance professionals, working closely with logistics and legal partners, and serving as the primary advisor on regulatory affairs impacting global trade. Your main duties will involve leading the global trade compliance program, mentoring and managing the Trade Compliance team, ensuring compliance with international regulations, developing and enforcing compliance documentation, overseeing import/export licenses and permits, maintaining relationships with customs brokers and logistics partners, conducting audits and compliance reviews, monitoring regulatory changes, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and driving process automation initiatives.
