Opening for Team Lead - Generative AI / AI-ML Specialist

Role Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Data Scientist / Team Lead with deep expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) to design and implement cutting-edge AI models that solve real-world business problems. You’ll work with LLMs, GANs, RAG frameworks, and transformer-based architectures to create production-ready solutions across domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, Diffusion models, etc.)
• Work on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and transformer-based architectures for contextual responses and document intelligence
• Customize and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific applications
• Build and maintain robust ML pipelines and infrastructure for training, evaluation, and deployment
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into end-user applications
• Stay current with the latest GenAI research, open-source tools, and frameworks
• Analyze model outputs, evaluate performance, and ensure ethical AI practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML/DL libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers
• Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG, GANs, Autoencoders, and other GenAI architectures
• Experience with fine-tuning models using LoRA, PEFT, or similar techniques
• Familiarity with Vector Databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) and embedding generation
• Experience working with datasets, data preprocessing, and synthetic data generation
• Good knowledge of NLP, prompt engineering, and language model safety
• Experience with APIs, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Nice to Have:

• Prior work with Chatbots, Conversational AI, or AI Assistants
• Familiarity with LangChain, LLMOps, or Serverless Model Deployment
• Background in MLOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or Meta LLaMA models
