Opeartions Team Lead for Gandhinagar LocationResponsibilities:

• Client facing experience is a must.
• Effective communication and support from staff members to develop specific reports, findings, or actions
• Meet with Upper management once per day to discuss Important Topics
• Attend all applicable meetings with the client.
• Responsible for staffing and defining the number of replacement agents needed
• Ensure supervisors attend weekly calibration.
• Follow up on supervisor's monitoring (coaching and triads)
• Have monthly Focus groups with teams to evaluate team satisfaction
• Responsible for staff and agent motivation, planning, and execution (pulse check).
