Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Drive end-to-end ownership of projects, including design, development, deployment, and support.
Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions using .NET framework, ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, Angular 14+, and MS SQL Server.
Ensure code quality, design patterns, and best practices are consistently applied.
Optimize database queries and improve performance of SQL Server-based solutions.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (or similar tools).
Collaborate with product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of features.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support team growth.
Work with AWS Cloud for deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications.
Manage Git/Bitbucket repositories and ensure proper branching, merging, and release management strategies.

Required Skills Qualifications:

7 10 years of total experience in software development.
At least 5+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Team Lead or in a similar leadership role.
Strong expertise in: .NET framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, C#, Angular 14+ (or higher), MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, SQL query optimization performance tuning, Design Patterns best coding practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket.
Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services.
Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and leadership abilities.
