Team Lead - Embedded Electronics

As an Embedded Hardware and Firmware Engineer at our company in Bhiwadi, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of engineers and be responsible for various aspects of product development. Here is a breakdown of your role, responsibilities, and qualifications required: Role Overview: - Lead a team of Embedded hardware and firmware engineers to drive product development and innovation. - Oversee the SDLC Process and Embedded Design life cycle process for new and existing equipment, ensuring timely updates and problem-solving. - Lead multiple cross-functional R&D projects, providing guidance on project planning, design documentation, and knowledge base development. - Develop and own Risk Management Plan, executing risk management activities as per the defined plan. - Ensure the reliability goals and regulatory compliance requirements of the product are met. - Establish laboratory setups, implement GxP guidelines, create test plans and protocols, and review technical reports for product integration testing. - Assist in creating illustrations and presentations following company reporting policies and procedures.
