Team Lead - Embedded Electronics

As an Embedded Firmware / Software Engineer at our company located in Bhiwadi, your role will involve the following responsibilities and qualifications: **Role Overview:** You will lead a team of Embedded hardware and firmware engineers, overseeing the SDLC Process and Embedded Design life cycle process of new and existing equipments. Your focus will be on product design, ensuring on-time updates and problem solving. You will also lead multiple cross functional R&D projects, guiding the team through project planning, design documentation, and developing a Knowledge base in R&D. Additionally, you will develop and own the Risk Management Plan, execute Risk Management activities, and ensure the reliability goals and regulatory compliance requirements of the product are met. Your responsibilities will include developing laboratory set up, implementing GxP, test plans, test protocols, and test reports for product integration testing, summarizing results, reviewing technical reports, and completing experimental paperwork / lab notebook documentation. You will also assist with Illustrations and Presentations following Allied Medical reporting policies and procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a team of Embedded hardware and firmware engineers - Lead SDLC Process and Embedded Design life cycle process - Lead multiple cross functional R&D projects - Develop and own Risk Management Plan - Ensure reliability goals and regulatory compliance of the product - Develop laboratory set up and implement GxP - Assist with Illustrations and Presentations **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors in Electronics, or equivalent with 10+ years of Product development experience - Previous experience working as an Embedded Firmware / Software engineer - Exceptional Proficiency in Embedded C, C++, MATLAB, LabView, STM32, DDR2/3/4, NAND, HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet, NOR Flash, SRAM, Dip Trace, Eagle, Altium, SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet, PCIe etc. - Prior experience of handling a team - Prior experience in the Embedded Electronics design lifecycle - Prior experience in design of sub-systems, comprising of high-speed electronics, High Speed integrated interfaces, and traceability - Prior experience of developing test equipment for hardware designs, Thermal Analysis, Signal Integrity - Prior Hardware design experience with 16/32/64-bit Micro Controllers and Processors - Prior Domain experience on Analog/Digital/ Mixed Signal designs - Hands on experience with schematics capture and tools like Allegro / OrCAD, PCB design guideline setting, board file and Gerber review Please note that the location of the company is in Bhiwadi.,
