Job Description

Develop and execute growth marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., paid search, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
Coordinate with creative, product, and analytics teams to develop and execute campaigns.
Use A/B testing, segmentation, and other techniques to optimize campaign performance.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts.
Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, ROI, and growth metrics.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve marketing effectiveness
Design and implement strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
Develop and optimize onboarding, engagement, and retention processes.
Identify and execute growth hacking tactics to rapidly test and iterate on marketing initiatives.
Implement and manage growth experiments to test new ideas and optimize existing channels.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop tools and features that enhance user experience and drive growth.
