Team Lead Delivery

Role Overview: As a member of the Profinch team, you will be responsible for owning enterprise-level Java/J2EE applications. Your role will involve various tasks in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including designing, developing, testing, documenting, releasing, deploying, and maintaining solutions. It will be crucial for you to translate architecture and business requirements into efficient solutions, interact with internal and external web services, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate effectively within and across teams. Task breakdown, estimation, and regular progress updates on assigned tasks are also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Own enterprise-level Java/J2EE applications - Design, develop, test, document, release, deploy, and maintain solutions - Translate architecture and business requirements into efficient solutions - Interact with internal and external web services - Troubleshoot issues - Collaborate seamlessly within and across teams - Excel in task breakdown, estimation, and provide regular progress updates Qualifications Required: - Proven track record in Customer Delivery Projects - Strong technical acumen - Experience in Core Banking Delivery or similar Banking Projects - Ability to engage with customers for product demonstrations and delivery schedules - Willingness to travel for medium to short durations - Excellent presentation skills - Motivation to plan project deliveries, track progress and schedules - Effective communication abilities Note: The company, Profinch, is a fintech company providing technology solutions to empower banks for future readiness.
