As a skilled System Administrator with over 6 years of experience, you will play a vital role in managing enterprise-level applications and infrastructure, specifically focusing on the availability, performance, and security of Newgen Core Banking systems and related IT infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include deploying, configuring, and maintaining the Newgen Core Banking infrastructure, ensuring optimal system performance, security, and high availability. You will be tasked with implementing monitoring tools, backups, and disaster recovery strategies, as well as collaborating with development and support teams to streamline operations. Managing system integrations with APIs and third-party applications, conducting system audits, compliance checks, and applying security hardening best practices will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to optimize system performance through patching and proactive maintenance, as well as support CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows for application deployment. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 years of experience as a System Administrator supporting enterprise applications, along with strong expertise in Windows Server administration. Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization tools is preferred. Experience with security hardening, IT compliance, system performance tuning, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools will be beneficial. Preferred skills include experience with Newgen platforms, understanding of financial or banking IT environments, and strong documentation and communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with day and morning shifts available. The work location is in person in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
