Job Summary:

Managix is seeking a Team Lead to supervise and guide a team of field data collectors and ensure smooth execution of daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, monitoring performance, coordinating with management, and achieving project targets within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of field data collectors or executives.

Assign daily tasks and ensure accurate completion of data collection and reporting.

Monitor team performance and provide training or guidance when needed.

Verify collected data and ensure accuracy before submission.

Coordinate between management and field staff to ensure smooth workflow.

Prepare daily and weekly reports on project progress.

Motivate team members to meet individual and group targets.

Handle field issues, resolve conflicts, and maintain discipline.

Language: Kannada necessary

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any field (preferred: Management / IT / Commerce).

1–3 years of experience in team handling, field operations, or data collection projects.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and mobile data tools.

Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.

Must have a smartphone and be willing to travel for field supervision.

Salary:

As per company policy + Team performance incentives

Working Hours:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
