Job Overview:

EduGorilla Community Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Quality Assurance (Content) professional to ensure the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality across all content projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and enhancing the content developed by the team, ensuring it meets organizational and client expectations. The role also requires flexibility, analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail to contribute to project growth and improved output quality.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review and assess the quality, accuracy, and consistency of content produced by writers and editors.

· Ensure content aligns with EduGorilla’s tone, guidelines, and project requirements.

· Identify and correct grammatical, structural, and factual errors in the content.

· Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to the content team for improvement.

· Work closely with team leads and project managers to maintain smooth workflow and timely deliveries.

· Maintain documentation and reports on quality performance, feedback, and improvements.

· Support the team in achieving content excellence, higher productivity, and revenue growth.

· Stay flexible in handling varied content types, tight deadlines, and changing project demands.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.

· 4–5 years of experience in content quality assurance, editing, or proofreading

· Excellent command over English grammar, punctuation, and formatting.

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

· Flexibility to adapt to new tools, processes, and project requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
