Team Lead- Content

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess the quality, accuracy, and consistency of content produced by writers and editors.
• Ensure content aligns with EduGorilla’s tone, guidelines, and project requirements.
• Identify and correct grammatical, structural, and factual errors in the content.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to the content team for improvement.
• Work closely with team leads and project managers to maintain smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
• Maintain documentation and reports on quality performance, feedback, and improvements.
• Support the team in achieving content excellence, higher productivity, and revenue growth.
• Stay flexible in handling varied content types, tight deadlines, and changing project demands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
