As an experienced and innovative Team Lead at Infor's Cloud Tools and Services team in Hyderabad, India, you will play a crucial role in guiding a team of talented software engineers. Your primary focus will be on securing and automating cloud-based applications while ensuring compliance with AWS GovCloud requirements. Additionally, you will be driving continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices in DevOps, security, and automation. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Team Lead in cloud computing environments is required, along with strong expertise in AWS, particularly AWS GovCloud, and cloud security best practices. Proficiency in automation tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, or Ansible is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are vital for inspiring and motivating your team. Demonstrated experience in project management and delivering software solutions within deadlines and scope is crucial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and efficient solutions are highly valued. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a related field and certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies is a plus.
