Designation: Team Lead

Experience: 4 to 8 years

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Shift Timings: Rotational Shift including night shift(US Shift)

Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days

Mandatory Skill Set:

• For Cash Management-Candidate should have the following skillsets

• Trade Settlements

• All under assets management

• Cash forecasting

• Cash intraday investor query management

• Short term cash management

• intraday liquidity management

• Cap Stock reporting, withdrawal and redemption

• Cash Sweep Investments

Key Responsibilities:

• Cap Stock Reporting:

  Prepare and validate capital stock reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Cash Forecasting:

  Provide accurate cash forecasts to investment personnel to support decision-making.

• Cash Balance Maintenance:

  Monitor and maintain cash balances for retail and custodian clients.

• Cashflow Validation:

  Validate all cashflow activities and ensure timely processing of transactions.

• Short-Term Cashflow Management:

  Manage short-term liquidity requirements and optimize cash utilization.

• Compliance & Accuracy:

  Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.

• Trade Settlements:

  Capital Market Ops (Securities Ops, Wealth and Asset Management Ops, Exposure to financial Instruments & Financial markets). Activities like Settlements, Trade Delivery, Affirmation and Confirmation, Failed Trade Tracking, Currency Balancing Monitoring, Depository and Custody Review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of cash management, forecasting, and financial operations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in US Night Shift and meet tight deadlines.

• Good communication skills for interaction with investment personnel and custodians.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in cash operations, treasury, or investment support.

• Exposure to capital markets and custodian banking processes.
