Job Description

RTR - Lease Accounting - Manager/ Ast manger We are seeking a highly skilled Lease Accountant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing lease accounting processes, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, and providing accurate financial information to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage lease accounting processes, including lease liability, lease amortization, and lease re-measurement
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, including IFRS 16 and ASC 842
Prepare and review lease disclosure and reporting, including fixed assets and lease accounting
Develop and maintain lease accounting policies and procedures
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information
Analyze and resolve lease accounting issues and discrepancies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
3- years of experience in lease accounting, preferably with experience in IFRS 16 and ASC 842
Strong knowledge of lease accounting principles and practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
