Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of AR Callers handling US medical billing claims.
Review daily work logs, productivity, and quality reports.
Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
Handle client communication and escalations as needed.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of denied or unpaid claims.
Drive performance to meet or exceed KPIs and client expectations.

Required Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in AR Calling (US Healthcare) with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of denial management, follow-up, and payer-specific guidelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using billing software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Willing to work in night shift (US hours).
