Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of AR Callers handling US medical billing claims.
  • Review daily work logs, productivity, and quality reports.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Handle client communication and escalations as needed.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of denied or unpaid claims.
  • Drive performance to meet or exceed KPIs and client expectations.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AR Calling (US Healthcare) with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of denial management, follow-up, and payer-specific guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using billing software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willing to work in night shift (US hours).
