We're seeking a Team lead for our Delivery center. In this role you will be responsible for shift operations at our DCs and support the DC manager in performance management and driving the operational plan. Key job responsibilities 1) Manage day-to-day shift activities at the Delivery Center (DC), ensuring smooth and efficient workflows in line with standard operating procedures. 2) Lead a team of associates across assigned shifts, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to KPIs. 3) Ensure timely processing, dispatch, and delivery of orders while maintaining accuracy, quality, and safety standards.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in logistics
