Team Lead- Affiliate Marketing

As a Growth & Influencer Partnerships Manager in our company, you will be responsible for leading influencer-driven customer acquisition, developing scalable monetization strategies, and fostering long-term creator engagement. Your role will be instrumental in expanding user growth through creator partnerships while ensuring influencers receive sustainable value from our platform. Your key responsibilities will include driving customer acquisition through influencer-led campaigns, managing programs focused on influencer-driven app downloads and first transaction conversions, and optimizing influencer performance through data-driven insights, tracking, and A/B testing. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and executing long-term engagement programs for influencers, establishing a community-first approach to enhance creator loyalty and advocacy, and curating learning, recognition, and networking opportunities within the creator ecosystem. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, growth, partnerships, or the creator economy. You should have a proven track record in customer acquisition through creator/influencer networks, a strong grasp of referral-based growth models and influencer economics, excellent communication, relationship management, and analytical skills, as well as a data-oriented mindset with experience in campaign tracking, ROI measurement, and optimization. While not mandatory, prior experience in a high-growth startup or fintech/app-based environment and existing relationships with influencer agencies or creators across verticals would be advantageous.
