Team Lead-AdOps

In this role as an Ad Ops Team Lead for AdPushup, you will be the strongest technical advocate within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include account optimization & technical troubleshooting, team management, and ensuring client success. You will also be instrumental in creating a knowledge base and designing a system to meet the requirements of AdOps Team Members efficiently. **Day-to-Day Tasks Include:** - Mentor team members to enhance their skills and drive high performance. - Oversee the management of DFP, Header Bidding, and tag-based partners to optimize ads and boost yield. - Regularly test and review ad performance to identify opportunities for improvement. - Resolve customer queries promptly and effectively, managing escalations when needed. - Develop and maintain a knowledge base with canned responses for common issues to enhance efficiency. - Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and implement solutions effectively. - Train team members to maximize the use of AdPushup for optimizing ad layouts, demand, and yield. - Monitor team performance and customer success metrics, providing regular updates to leadership. - Design, monitor, and review OKRs to bridge process gaps and achieve organizational goals. - Lead the AdOps team in educating publishers about the product and services. - Conduct line management, career growth mapping, maintain high motivation levels, and address internal people issues within the team. Conduct regular 1on1 meetings with team members for transparency and aligning expectations. **Should Have:** - Solid understanding of ad servers, especially DFP/Google Ad Manager, and their configuration. - Strong knowledge of ad networks like AdSense, AdX, and HB Partners, along with programmatic advertising. - Intermediate understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for troubleshooting ad implementation. - Familiarity with Prebid.js setup and optimization. - Experience with A/B testing methodologies and data analysis. - Deep knowledge of debugging using Chrome Developer Tools for ad troubleshooting. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex technical issues for clients. - A curious, data-driven approach focused on experimentation and optimization. - Prior basic team management experience is a must.,
