As a Team Head in designing & development, you will be responsible for overseeing both the design and development aspects of a product or project. Your role will involve setting the overall vision, ensuring quality, managing resources, and aligning the design with the business objectives. It is crucial to work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure successful product development. Key Responsibilities: - Establishing the technical and creative vision for the product and ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals. - Mentoring, coaching, and developing the design and development teams. - Establishing and maintaining processes to ensure the quality and reliability of the code and designs. - Allocating resources effectively, managing budgets, and ensuring timely completion of projects within budget. - Collaborating with other teams (e.g., product management, marketing) to meet their needs and expectations. - Identifying and resolving technical and design challenges. - Clearly communicating the team's progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders. - Encouraging innovation and experimentation to enhance product design and development. Qualifications Required: - Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of design principles and development processes. - Leadership: Ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex problems. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute a long-term plan. - Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with others.
