Job Description

Team Lead - Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team
of Relationship Managers to achieve assigned sales targets.
Upsell mutual fund products
to Retail/HNI clients from an assigned database.
Generate fresh leads
through references to expand the clientele.
Conduct regular
feedback and review sessions
with the team to improve business volume and client acquisition.
Coach and lead the sales team
to achieve their targets.
Develop
long-term relationships
with key and potential investors to generate repeat business.
Assist with closing sales calls by working closely with Relationship Managers when required.
Ensure the team delivers the
highest level of service
to HNI customers.
Create awareness through events, conferences, and product sessions for investors.
Enhance and upgrade client net worth
and achieve sales and revenue targets through the team.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience in
mutual fund sales
is required.
Proven experience handling
HNI clients
.
Must be comfortable with
B2C sales
.
Strong
team management, mentoring, and leadership
skills.
The ability to effectively close sales calls and support a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building long-term client relationships.
